4/6/19 update

Fairly small patch, tightened up movement physics and fixed a few bugs
 
Tuned movement cvars to feel a little better
Added experimental manual trigger collision detection (harder on performance, but should improve determinism)
Force a minimum size on triggers
Fixed bug where you could touch a trigger on top of a block by standing next to the block
Fixed bug where AddOutput from triggers were executing in the wrong order (this was causing client & server to desync on trigger touch resulting in camera rapidly jumping between 2 spots)
MapRotation plugin will now only list maps with a zone file. Some maps may have empty zone files, so it may or may not be possible unzoned maps are still listed. I’ll get all maps zoned soon
